Usually ships in 1 business days | | | | | | The Brazil French Press coffee maker, designed in the early 80's, was our first coffee maker and quickly became a symbol of what Bodum stands for. Attractive and functional design at an affordable price. The Brazil has an ultra-light, heat-resistant borosilicate glass beaker and a polypropylene handle and base, which make the Brazil easy to use and easy to clean. The 3-part stainless steel plunger has a fine mesh filter, which allows for a premium extraction of your coffee’s aromatic oils and subtle flavors. A mesh filter allows this flavor to be delivered direct to your cup and not absorbed by a paper filter. Plus, no paper filter means no waste. The patented safety lid prevents the splashing of liquids while pressing. All parts are dishwasher safe. This 8-cup coffeemaker is (1.0 l, 34oz.) in size and is also available in 3-cup (0.35 l, 12 oz) size model. | | | |

Excellent Coffee Sep 07, 2010 I make a lot of coffee in this rad little french press. I keep this guy in my suitcase and use it to make coffee in my hotel room everyday day I'm on the road. It's seen a couple hundred uses and is still going strong. I typically make two batches a day and it's held up well. They are all delicious.
Cleaning: It's really easy to clean. Occasionally I'll have to take the plunger unit apart to get all the crevices clean but this is typical of any french press.
Sturdy: This is a sturdy product. I keep it in my checked bag for each flight and it's stood up the the bag tossers.
Multi Use: I also use it at home to make large batches of tea. It's great.
Bodum Rocks Sep 04, 2010 far better deal than Starbucks! Quick & easy to use. Get yourself an electric kettle and a digital kitchen timer and it's child's play making the best coffee ever.
Great Coffee Aug 29, 2010 I received mine about a week ago. It is easy to use, and the coffee is superb.
I liked it so much that I ordered another to give to my brother in law who is a coffee lover also.
I prefer my coffee cold, so after I make a batch, I just put the whole thing in the fridge.
I would recommend this to anyone who likes good coffee.

great except 2 VERY SMALL details Aug 27, 2010 Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3QZU72DTIMLOY Video review of bodum original brazilian french press. Almost perfect design and function. Great value.
best coffee press ever Aug 22, 2010 We had another Bodum press we got at starbucks that was just the glass beaker that you slid into the metal frame and it broken incredibly easily. Luckily this entire thing can be thrown in the dishwasher and it's not nearly as delicate.
